We have had quite a few rainy summer days here in Houston this past week.  I'm talking torrential downpours where driving around after you see limbs in the street.  I am certainly not complaining because we need it and it has actually cooled the temperature off here, but my rain boots have definitely been worn often during this past week.  Each time one of the storms blows in I have the desire to wrap up in a blanket with a good book & relax and read.  I imagine myself in a dark library like the ones pictured above with no lack of reading material and the ability to make one feel cozy and safe!
