Oh summer! What an awesome season! I love how schedules become lax and the days are longer & somehow a nap mid-afternoon does not make you feel as guilty as taking one in the fall, winter or spring. Flip flops and tank tops become staples and stopping for a scoop (or two) of ice cream is a necessity. The heat in Houston this past summer has been insane, but luckily I have escaped to Colorado and am definitely enjoying the relaxed pace of the season before jumping back into a hectic work schedule this coming fall. I'll miss you summer...until next year!
