How wonderful of a creation is the hydrangea? My grandmother had great, healthy hydrangea bushes lining the back of her home & I always loved the fullness of the bushes and the flowering blooms. I have loved this flower my entire life and to this day I still consistently have a thing for it. I love all colors/shades of it, love the irregular rounded shape, the grand size of the leaf, the substantial bouquet a bunch of them presents and most of all love that they last and last and last! I know some professional florist worry that the flowers are fragile & bruise easily, but I guess ignorance is bliss because I have never really experienced that and I have bought many hydrangeas over the years!
